Euro Beach

1. The beach service operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.   Accept 
It is possible to extend the service hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the entire rental period with a surcharge of €5.00 per day for each umbrella.    Request 
NOTE: For extensions not covering the entire rental period, the following options are available, to be requested at least one day in advance:
- Early opening: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, surcharge €5.00 per day
Late closing: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, surcharge €5.00 per day

2. The rental must be paid in advance at the start of the service. Any invoices must be requested in advance and before the issuance of the electronic receipt.    Accept 

3. In case of bad weather or inability of the customer to use the service, the amounts paid will not be refunded, neither financially nor as recoverable days.   Accept 

4. Cancellation of the booking results in the loss of the deposit and/or amounts paid. In case of booking multiple umbrellas, cancellation of each umbrella results in the loss of the corresponding deposit amount.   Accept 

5. In case of changes to confirmed bookings, no refunds will be granted, neither for the deposit nor for the amounts paid, not even partially.   Accept 

6. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the dates provided allow use of the service for the entire indicated period, in accordance with the rules of the Baia Domizia Camping Village.   Accept 

7. Umbrella, sunbed and deck chair rentals are personal and may not be transferred to third parties.   Accept 

8. Each umbrella may be used by only one family unit. Each adult must rent a sunbed or deck chair. To avoid overcrowding, management may request the rental of an additional umbrella.   Accept 

9. The use of private equipment (umbrellas, chairs, beach loungers, etc.) is not permitted.   Accept 

10. The assigned umbrella position may vary due to organizational needs or sea conditions. All other agreements are to be considered preferences and are not binding.   Accept 

11. It is forbidden to move sunbeds or deck chairs from one umbrella to another or towards the shoreline.   Accept 

112. Regardless of umbrella alignment, a FRONT ROW UMBRELLA is defined as an umbrella with no other umbrellas in front of it. (View)    Accept
